Every word I use has a particular meaning. When I say that we "learn," I mean that we eliminate all the unnecessary, parasitic movement that everybody performs in doing the thing he wants to do. He wants one thing, and he gets a parasitic movement instead.
The whole body is destroyed by parasitic movement, because the energy wasted is turned into heat and it ruins the joints.
